Observation

There were many times during the site visit when staff were not scanning the environment, visibly checking on children on many occasions with little time in between, or attending to children and beign aware of what they were doing at all times. Young toddlers were given stickers and the staff did not notice when several toddlers put stickers in thier mouth.
